"On Monday, October 19, 1987, at 2 in the afternoon, producer Rick Sebak and a small TV crew from WQED met Fred Rogers in the small studio apartment he kept in the Cathedral Mansions apartments on Ellsworth Avenue in the Oakland part of Pittsburgh.
