Pigeons at Davis Station have become crippled. In cold, brutal winters in Chicago they used to curl up under the heater. They can't find a shelter there anymore! This year I noticed most of them have lost their toes!

Pigeons at Davis Station have become crippled. In cold, brutal winters in Chicago they used to curl up under the heater. They can't find a shelter there anymore! This year I noticed most of them have lost their toes!
